About
It's Nice To Meet You
Hey there! I'm Emily Cooper, a formally trained cook and food fanatic with a background in business development and a passion for all things culinary. I've spent years honing my skills in recipe development, meal kit creation, and culinary strategy for brands like Momofuku, Good Eggs, Feed, Gracias Madre, and more. You can check out my full background on LinkedIn.
I spent the first part of my career in software sales and consulting. After leaving tech for my longtime passion in food, I was formally trained at San Francisco Cooking School and worked the line at Michelin-starred Octavia. My unique professional background combines a blend of creativity, culinary skill, and business acumen in any project I work on.
With my keen eye for detail and obsession with fresh, seasonal ingredients, I'm always on the lookout for new ways to translate a brand's vision into delicious recipes and compelling culinary content. From recipe development to content marketing or cookbooks, I have the expertise to take your brand to the next level.
When I'm not busy whipping up my favorite meals in the kitchen, you can find me obsessing over tomatoes in my garden, strolling through farmers markets in the Bay Area or abroad, and seeking out the latest food trends.
As James Beard once said, "When you cook, you never stop learning. That's the fascination of it all."
